Focusing on local produce and quality malts allows us to offer good quality local food and innovative craft beers.
The Restaurant
During the winter the restaurant is open on request and for special occasions. In the summer our restaurant is open all day long from June 1st through August 31st. We offer a small menu during lunch hours that includes a selection of sourdough sandwiches and salads. A super healthy soup of the day along with langoustine bisque, a delicious local delicacy.
