Located close to the most stunning sights in South Iceland, the Grímsborgir Luxury Guest Houses are situated on the beautiful river Sog and surrounded by picturesque landscapes, peace and tranquillity. The Guest Houses are a 45-minute drive from Iceland’s capital Reykjavík and 1.5 hours from Keflavík International Airport.
Each Guest House is divided into two apartments.
The larger apartment is 200 square meters (2,152 sq. feet) with three bedrooms sleeping (6) six. Fully equipped kitchen, a dining and sitting room with fireplace , with beutiful windows, and a magnificent view.,TV room . The kitchen has all the modern amenities – stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher – large bathroom is fitted with both a tub and a shower. Each Guest House has its own outdoor hot tub on a big veranda and gas barbecue.
The smaller apartment is 56 square meters (602,778 square feet) with two double rooms sleeping (4)four, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Four Guest Houses includes two apartments.
The fifth Guest House has a large apartment but instead of smaller apartment it contains two double „hotel rooms“(sleeping 4 people) The Hotel rooms have a separate entrance.
The sixth Guest House is on two floors, 130 square meters (sleeping 9 - 11 people)
