Vorsabær 2 is situated in the south of Iceland, about 80 kilometers from Reykjavík. (Road 324). We provide accommodation in a cozy holiday house, where up to 8 people can stay overnight. In the house there are 2 bedrooms – one double room and one room with a 3 pers. bunk bed, also a spacious sleeping loft. There is a well equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV and a nice patio with a barbeque. The view from the house is breathtaking, looking east the famous volcano Hekla is dominating. The location is ideal for those travelling the south. Popular tourist attractions are at a close range such as Gullfoss and Geysir and other interesting places. 

Guests are welcome to visit the farm animals and go horse-back riding, if the hosts are available. We also provide children tours where they are led by the rein. This is a perfect opportunity for a family or friends to enjoy a quiet time in the countryside in close contact to nature and the animals.
